  • Do you use GMO popcorn?

    All of the popcorn we use is non-GMO.
  • Does Chef's Shoppe offer free samples?

    Everyone loves a taste. You may sample any of our flavors at our store in Edwardsville, Illinois. All the flavors listed on our website are available every day, and we are always trying something new. You will always find over 70 flavors, all made fresh in-house. So YES come by anytime samples are absolutely FREE, and yours for the asking. We cannot offer free samples online, however, we DO have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so you can order with complete confidence.
  • How long will your popcorn stay fresh?

    Our popcorn is popped fresh daily and stored in air tight containers. Sealed un-opened packages will stay fresh for weeks. We suggest between snacking to keep the packages tightly sealed to retain freshness.
  • How much popcorn comes in your tins?

    Our 2-Gallon Tin will serve 20 or more people. Our 3.5-Gallon Tin will serve 35 or more.
  • I have various food allergies. Can I still eat your popcorn?

    Chef's Shoppe popcorn is popped in coconut oil, which is classified as a tree nut. Several of our recipes include nuts such as Almonds, Cashews, Pecans. Several of our flavors also include peanuts and/or peanut butter. So customers with nut allergies (tree or peanut) should be extremely cautious. Chef's Shoppe facility also processes products containing soy and milk products.
  • Is your popcorn kosher?

    No, Chef's Shoppe is not certified kosher.
  • Should people with food allergies be concerned?

    Chef's Shoppe recipes are popped in Coconut Oil, which is classified as a tree nut. Several of our flavors include Almonds or Pecans and Peanuts. We also offer flavors that use peanut butter. So customers with nut allergies should be extremely cautious. Our facility also processes soy and milk products.
  • What are my options for shipping?

    Our default shipping is UPS Ground. If you require special shipping, overnight shipping, shipments over 50 pounds, or multiple tins, please email us at or call us at (618) 659-9840 for fastest service. Local orders may be picked up at the Chef's Shoppe in Edwardsville, Illinois.* Exception: All shipments going to United State military facilities located outside the United states will be sent by United States Postal Service. Other than United States military bases, Chef's Shoppe does not ship outside the United States. (Alaska and Hawaii require special handling, please call.) Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any shipping questions.

    Our gourmet popcorn is available in our store in Edwardsville, Illinois or shipped right to your door! We are happy to take your order over the phone at (618) 659-9840 to ship within the continental US, or for pick-up here at 2320 Troy Rd. in the Schnuck's Plaza near Target.

  • Why do you pop your corn using Coconut Oil?

    For several reasons, first of which is taste. Popcorn popped in coconut oil just tastes better than the other oils we tried. Plus there are great health benefits to coconut oil. Google "Why coconut oil".
